You have a unique opportunity to cook the wonderful meal – One-Pot Chicken Korma. For cooking you will need a special Korma paste. If you will add it to the meal it will acquire a special taste. It will be a healthy, nutritious and easy dish.
STEP 1: Put a frying pan on the stove and pour a little of sunflower oil into it.
STEP 2: Add 2 sliced onions and 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic.
STEP 3: Mix onion with garlic and stew a little.
STEP 4: Wash chicken fillet, cut it into small pieces and put into the frying pan.
STEP 5: Having added chicken fillet, mix it with the stewed onion.
STEP 6: Cook until the fillet is almost ready.
STEP 7: Then, add 2 chopped tomatoes and 2 tbsp of korma paste and mix.
STEP 8: Add 200 g of basmati rice, 1chicken stock cube.
STEP 9: 500 ml. of water, 75 g of raisins, mix it all and bring to boil.
STEP 10: Take some foil and cover the frying pan with it.
STEP 11: Cook for 5 min., remove the foil.
STEP 12: Add a little of water and stir so that it wasn’t dry.
STEP 13: Cover it with the foil again and cook for 10 min.
STEP 14: Remove the foil and stir.
STEP 15: Add 50 g of pine nuts, 50 grams of spinach.
STEP 16: Mix it all, pour a little of yogurt on top and sprinkle with coriander.
STEP 17: Put a few tbsp into a soup-plate.
STEP 18: Put it on the table.
STEP 19: The dish is ready.
